11th International Music Course at the Menuhin School (Surrey)
The International Summer Music School UK organised by Encore Music Projects. Following on from ten hugely successful courses in previous years, we are privileged that our 2024 summer school will again take place at The Yehudi Menuhin School, Surrey, UK, one of the most prestigious music schools in the world, renowned for attracting the most gifted young musicians from around the globe.Courses for Piano,Strings, Guitar,Composition/Theory,Chamber Ensembles, String Orchestra, and is especially designed for intermediate/advanced students. Expert tuition will focus on development of technique/musical styles/interpretation/stage performance/competition&audition preparation. Opportunities to explore new and current repertoire.The emphasis is on making music together, and on top of daily one-to-one lessons,chamber music coaching sessions,workshops,every student will participate in the string orchestra or attend piano masterclasses, and choir. A series of Teachers' Concerts in the evenings.

Ou course is benficial for Intermediat/Advance level students.
To be accepted on the Encore International Music Course, we will need:
1. Your completed application form – please follow the step-by-step application form below.
2. A short video of around to 3-5 minutes of your playing. This can be taken from a concert or an informal recording at home and will help us to decide your suitability for our course and, if accepted, to allocate you to a chamber music group. Please attach your video file when filling out the application form.
3. Copy of your passport, showing birth details and photograph
